EXPERTISE IN HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS
Our team possesses extensive expertise across a wide range of systems—from large-scale heat pumps based on water chillers > 100kW, to dedicated air ground and water source commercial heat pumps for heating and hot water applications. We have also worked as a service agent for a major supplier of domestic heat pumps and we are used to working on these units and systems as well. This breadth of experience equips us with the skills necessary to efficiently perform maintenance and troubleshoot a variety of systems with confidence and precision.
EXPERTISE IN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
Our team has a vast knowledge of multiple kinds of air conditioning systems, from commercial scale refrigerant and desiccant dehumidifiers to VRF multi split systems, ducted split systems, air handling systems with chilled and heated water, close control a/c units and small split units. Our experience in these fields sets us up for success when performing maintenance and troubleshooting different systems.

With over 40 years of experience in the commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, water chiller and heat pump sector, we deliver a range of service solutions. From supporting and maintaining and replacing aging systems to servicing the latest machines and refrigerants, we’ve worked with it all. For the last 20 years we have been CC5 Ventures Ltd and we have just changed our name to Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning Ltd to tell more potential customers what we do. Our roots in commercial and industrial water chillers and air conditioning have made us uniquely equipped to work on heat pumps which we have been doing for the past 15 years. Our history means we can also handle a wide range of cooling and heating challenges—including specialized services in humidity control and fully climate-controlled environments as well as water treatment services for heat pump systems which are often overlooked.

At HP & AC Ltd, we offer a comprehensive range of Commercial Heat Pump services for both Air Source, Ground Source and Water Source units, including expert trouble shooting capabilities, maintenance, repairs, energy management, and water treatment. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering efficient and effective solutions to address all your heating needs.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, all our teams at HP & AC Ltd are fully F-gas certified and possess the expertise to handle various heating tasks with precision and skill. You can trust our team to deliver high-quality workmanship and reliable service. We focus on maintaining systems properly and not offering cheap solutions to make money from breakdowns.
Do you provide emergency services?
Our goal is to maintain the systems we look after correctly and thoroughly to try and ensure a maximum amount of uptime. However, things can and do breakdown and when they do we understand the importance of timely solutions for heating and cooling emergencies for our commercial customers. That's why we can offer a 6-8 hour response times for our contract customers in order to address urgent issues promptly and effectively.
